REFUND POLICY
1. GENERAL INFORMATIONWe want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. This Refund Policy explains the conditions and process for returning products purchased from SmartBee S.R.L.
2. RIGHT OF RETURN
You have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in the same condition as received.
- The product must be unused, unwashed and undamaged.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
If your order was placed during a promotional campaign and included a free item, the free item must also be returned if the total order value falls below the promotion threshold as a result of the return.
3. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and carrier details.
Return shipping may be arranged via DHL, DPD or FedEx depending on your location. Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. DAMAGES AND INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
5. REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
