TERMS OF SERVICE

1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Service, together with any documents referred to in them, set out the terms on which SmartBee S.R.L. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) supplies products to you. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These terms are designed to ensure transparency, protect your consumer rights, and confirm that your personal data is processed securely.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Ownership of the goods remains with SmartBee S.R.L. until full payment has been received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where required by law or in case of suspected fraud.

3. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returned products must meet the following conditions:
- The products are returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products and packaging are returned in a resalable condition.
- Products are unused, unwashed and undamaged.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by law.

Certain products, including consumable or hygiene-related items such as microfiber towels, brushes and similar products, may not be eligible for return once used.

4. FAULTY PRODUCTS
If a product develops a fault, you must inform us as soon as possible via email or phone. Warranty is provided for up to six (6) months from the date of purchase, excluding consumable items that are subject to normal wear and tear. Consumable items are covered for a maximum period of three (3) months from the purchase date.

Proof of purchase must be provided in all cases.

5. ORDER DISCREPANCIES
Any issues or discrepancies relating to your order must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

6. ADDITIONAL COSTS
SmartBee S.R.L. shall not be held responsible for any additional costs arising from incorrect orders, failed deliveries due to incorrect customer information, or misuse of products.

7. DELIVERY
Orders are shipped via DPD, DHL or FedEx, depending on destination and availability. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders are processed on business days only. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or promotional campaigns. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible.

8. ORDERING AND PRICING
All prices displayed on our website are final and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

9. PAYMENT METHODS
All payments on our website are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. By placing an order, you authorize Stripe to process your payment in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.

10. OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS
Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. All offers are valid for the specified duration and subject to stock availability. Gift cards and training services are excluded unless otherwise specified.

11. SMS AND EMAIL MARKETING
By subscribing to our SMS and/or email marketing services, you consent to receive marketing communications, transactional messages, order updates and review requests. Message frequency may vary. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in our messages or by contacting us directly. Message and data rates may apply depending on your service provider.

12. DATA PROTECTION
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. We do not sell or misuse your personal information.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and applicable European Union legislation. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.

14. FINAL PROVISIONS
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and will apply from the date of publication.
